Chief
Deputy Coroner Robert LaBrash began
his career in death investigations
with the Sacramento County Coroner’s
Office in 1990. Robert received
his Bachelor’s degree in
Microbiology from UC Davis, and
was hired as a Deputy Coroner with
the Yolo County Sheriff’s
Department in 1995. He was named
as “Employee of the Year” in
1998. In 2006, Robert promoted
to Chief Deputy Coroner. He is
a Fellow with the American Board
of Medicolegal Death Investigators,
one of only five in the State of
California.
Robert
is very active in the community
with teaching students about Coroner
Death Investigations to various
high schools, colleges, and universities.
Robert lives in nearby Sacramento,
and enjoys spending his free time
with his family.
